What Are Your Hours of Operation?

We are on Eastern Standard Time. Hours of operation are 9:00am to 4:30pm Monday-Thursday and 9:00am to 2:30pm on Friday. However, many of our helpful sales reps can be reached on cell phones or through email at almost any time to help their customers.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At present, we serves the continental United States; we do not offer service to Alaska, Hawaii, however we can ship to the some of Caribbean Islands.

What Are Pro Maintenance Supply’s' Billing Terms?

Our standard terms are NET 30 Days/5% 15. We do offer extended billing options for customers who request them.

What Are The Accepted Methods of Payments?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for credit card payments. We also accept check or ACH payments for all purchases.

Can I Place My Order Online?

You can use the contact form and submit it to us. A sales representative will contact you back to review your order, and make sure that the products you are looking to order are the best for your particular needs. Orders are confirmed by our Verification Department to ensure accuracy of quantity, confirm your quoted price, and review shipping address, as well as billing address.
